Pricing questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. If a downgrade leaves you over your new table quota you get a 14-day grace window in which everything keeps scanning, so nothing breaks while you decide what to drop.
What counts as a monitored table?
Any table you have selected for monitoring, across every connected warehouse. You can add and remove tables freely within your plan’s allowance, and quotas depend only on the tier, never on the currency you pay in.
How are custom checks counted?
Across your whole organization, not per table: up to 10 on Pro, 30 on Scale and 40 on Ultra, shared by every monitored table. A triage agent looks across all your tables and spends the allowance only where checks are worth having. If a downgrade leaves you over the limit, the extra checks pause rather than being deleted, and resume when you upgrade.
How long is my history kept?
Findings and scan history are retained for your plan’s window: 14 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro, and a year on Scale and Ultra. The baselines the check agents learn from are kept regardless — retention governs what you can look back at, not what Sentry knows.
Can I pay by invoice?
On Ultra, yes — card or invoice. Every plan is available via self-serve card checkout via Stripe; if you would like to use invoice billing for Ultra send us an email.
